Most QOCEAN orders ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Delivery times depend on your location. Within India, orders usually arrive in 7–14 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by carrier and customs.

Each product page includes a size guide and fit notes. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. You can also contact us with your measurements for a personalized suggestion.

Yes. Items in original condition with tags attached can usually be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Final sale or customized pieces may not be eligible. Please see our Returns & Shipping Policy for full details.

If something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review and help with a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment label. In general, we recommend gentle washing, avoiding harsh detergents, and air‑drying to preserve fabric and color.
